Boy with Toy Boat William Ingles (1884 - 1946) Frame: 18” x 14” Image: 11” x 7” William Ingles lived in Hawick, Roxburghshire, Scotland. The 1901 Census shows that William was then a young art teacher in Hawick. He later exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy.
